One Year Old!
What a fun weekend we had! We had visitors from out of town and a party with balloons and cupcakes. What more could a one year old hope for? We had so much fun watching Anna on Saturday. She was literally smiling, laughing and running around throughout the entire party. She knew she was the birthday girl and she was enjoying the attention! Sunday, December 16, 2007
Just to tide you over...

Squeakers!
The funniest thing about these videos is when I play them back and show them to Anna, she does everything I ask her to do in the video. She waves, she says "bye-bye," she does the sign for all done. It never fails.

Happy Thanksgiving!
We spent a wonderful Thanksgiving in Florida at Jeff's parents' house. Anna loved hanging out with her Uncle Kevin and Soon-to-be Aunt Kim. She waved to them every time they walked in the room. Here she is giving Aunt Kim a kiss.
When we got home we started getting ready for Christmas. Click here to see Anna's visit with the man in red.Sunday, November 18, 2007
Maybe next year...
Despite the upsetting loss, we had a great Saturday as it was our 8th Annual Pre-Thanksgiving Party. We had a lot of friends over and ate a ton of delicious food. Many of the kids wore college gear to support their (parents') favorite team. Anna and another friend were twinsies! This isn't the best shot, but you get the idea. Yes, that is a giant turkey in our yard. We put it up for the party every year. Anna thought it was hilarious.Wednesday, November 14, 2007
Is this normal?
The girl LOVES to put food on her head. I don't really understand, but I'm assuming it's normal. I do realize it isn't normal to give a baby yogurt on a tray and expect her to eat it neatly, but she is really in to feeding herself. What didn't go on her head made it in her mouth (sort of).Thursday, November 8, 2007

I forgot!
I meant to include these pics in the last post. My dad brought this cute little outfit for Anna when he visited in the spring. The shirt showed a little of her belly, which Jeff didn't like, so we had to replace it with the bling onesie. Love the sweater! Aren't jeans on babies just the cutest thing in the world?Anna Update
We took this at The Forum, an outdoor shopping area near our house, two weeks ago. I kept forgetting to post it.
Aren't the shoes great? My Aunt Erna gave us the sweater, shirt, and shoes for my shower last year in Michigan. I've been patiently waiting to get those purple bows on her feet!
We spent some time with the Carters and Sagers this weekend. As you can see, the kids love playing together.
Anna helped me pack a box of treats for the troops in Iraq. We found an address and what to send at anysoldier.com.
