The A List

Here are a few of Anna's favorite things.Eating with a spoon
Her red mary jane crocs (okay, these are one of my favorite things)
Bubbles!
More bubbles!
Playing in the dirt
Watching the mommy bird that built a nest outside of our kitchen window

Zoo Atlanta

We took Anna to Zoo Atlanta for the first time this weekend. I think she liked looking at the animals and seeing them in "real life." I KNOW she liked splashing in all of the puddles and when we had to run out of the park in the rain.Getting up close and personal with the mercats (?)
Checking out the lions with Harrison and Lo. Can you see him in the background?
Daddies and their babies
Posing with the gorillas

Warm Weather + Shorts = Anna's 1st Boo-boos

Something Only Daddy Would Do

Every evening when Jeff gets home he takes Anna upstairs with him for some Daddy-Daughter time. The other night I was finishing dinner and heard the vacuum. I went up to find this:
Jeff said Anna saw the vacuum in the closet and wanted to play with it. So he got it out and started vacuuming. She had a blast. Of course Anna now asks for the vacuum all the time. She hasn't figured out Mommy only vacuums when we are having company.
Like I said...something only Daddy would do.

Cooking with Anna

This is one of Anna's new favorite games. She stirs up something delicious in her pot and wants everyone to taste it. You have to pretend you are eating off of the spoon (or potato masher) and say, "Yum! Yum!" In this picture Anna is having the kitty that Grandpa Eric drew her taste her cooking. I think he liked it.

Mei Mei's Birthday!

It was our very special friend, Ava Mei's birthday this week.
We were lucky enough to be able to celebrate with her!
Here is the birthday girl making some chicken pot pie--her specialty!
Ice cream cake! Yum!
I stole this one from Jodi's blog. It's going on the fridge!
