Historical Day

We watched a lot of the inauguration festivities on TV yesterday (don't tell Jeff) and Anna wanted to watch Elmo. I just kept saying, no this is important, this is our new president, he is very important. After a while she said, "President no put to bed. Mommy and Daddy put to bed." Apparently she thought he was coming over for dinner or something.

One of Anna's favorite games right now is to put on a back pack or grab a purse,
kiss and hug us, tell us she loves us, and say "I'm going to work now!"
This weekend when she said it I said, "Go make some money at work for us"
and she said, "No I make cupcakes at work!" Must be a fun job!
